We founded The Green Alchemist with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping: we offer free DOMESTIC shipping on all retail U.S.A. orders. No coupon is necessary. Discount is automatically applied during checkout.

We are not liable for lost or damaged products. Please ensure you provide us with a valid shipping address to avoid shipping delays. We do not ship bulk, custom, or wholesale orders to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Rushed orders: for an additional fee we can ship your products next day or 2 day express service via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex. Please contact us for rates. For time sensitive products, please order accordingly. We recommend ordering bulk and custom products approximately 3-4 weeks in advance prior to your event. Please note that during the holiday season, orders may be delayed.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Refunds/Cancellations: All sales are final. Due to the nature of our custom handmade products, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are given on all orders.
If unsure of allergies, we recommend you order travel/trial sizes products before committing to purchasing larger size containers.

Disclaimer: although we strive to provide a product as natural and organic as possible, if skin becomes sensitive to any of our products, immediately discontinue usage. Our products are used for external use only; therefore they're not intended to be ingested.

Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are for educational purposes only and do not take place of medical treatments. Please consult your health care professional with any health-related concerns, and for diagnosis and treatment.

All of our products are created without parabens, SLS (sodium lauryl sulfates), artificial fragrances, and artificial colorants.
Please note: the majority of our products are created with tree and nut oils. If unsure of any skin allergies, for your convenience we sell sample size products for you to test onto your skin before committing to purchasing larger retail size containers.
Shelf life: shelf life of our products expire approximately 1 year from your date of purchase, as long as they are properly stored in a cool, dry area. Do not expose cosmetics to sunlight, heat, or humid areas.

Your Data is Secure
By shopping on The Green Alchemist website, your data is completely secure. We will never solicit your information to any third party affiliates. Please note that we process all orders via Square.com merchant services; therefore we do not collect or store credit card, email, shipping address, and contact information in our system. You do however have the option to store your credit card information in your membership page.
