Sweetgrass is a perennial plant of the Poaceae grass family, a holy herb considered by the Native American tribes. Sweetgrass skincare benefits include: treating minor wounds and scrapes to prevent infections, anti-fungicidal, healing dry and chapped skin, helps relax and calm tired skin. Violet flowers helps treat inflamedskin, prevents acne, and inhibits bacterial growth. Violets contain twice as much vitamin C as the same weight of orange and more than twice the amount of vitamin A, compared to Spinach.
